Reinhold Zisser
Reinhold Zisser born 1980 studied theater-film and media studies at the University of Vienna and from 2006 to 2013 painting at the University of Applied Arts in the class of Prof. Johanna Kandl. Already while studying and since then numerous exhibitions in Austria and abroad.
Based on painting, Zisser has been studying relationships between image / space and the viewer since his studies. From 2015, this led to projects that implement instituional approaches and curatorial actions as part of his own artistic practice. As part of this practice he founded the Viennese Offspace LLLLLL (www.LLLLLL.at) in 2015 and his project of the Notgalerie (www.notgalerie.at).
Since 2015, Zisser has received awards and grants such as the Federal Government Scholarship, the Startstipemdium of the Federal Government, a grant from the Otto Mauer Fund, three successful project grants from KÖR (Kunst im öffentlichen Raum / art in public space – Vienna ).
