Alexandra Trevisan
Alexandra Trevisan. Graduate and MSc in History of Art and PhD in Architecture by ETSA/University of Valladolid, with the thesis International Influences in Oporto Modern Architecture between 1926 and 1956.
Teacher at ESAP since 1986 she currently teaches History of Architecture and Urbanism (Architecture MA) and History of Art and Contemporary Art Trends in the Bachelor’s degrees. She is coordinator of the autonomous section of Theory and History, vice president of the Scientific Board of ESAP., A. Trevisan is also a researcher of the Architectural Studies group of Arnaldo de Araújo Research Center (FCT uRD 4041). She was PI of the FCT research project Photography, Modern Architecture and the “Escola do Porto”: Interpretations on Teófilo Rego Archive (2013-2015 – PTDC/ATP-AQI/4805/2012) and member of de team of the FCT research project Southern Modernisms (2014-2015 – EXPL/CPC-HAT/0191/2013). Currently, she is member of resaerch team of the project MODESCAPES | Modernist Reinventions of the Rural Landscapes (HERA.15.097)
